　　中新网加德满都7月1日电 (记者崔楠)尼泊尔奇特旺国家公园当地时间6月30日宣布，自即日起暂停核心区域的吉普车游览活动。

　　园方介绍，雨季暂停吉普车游览是长期以来例行的保护性措施，旨在减少人类活动对野生动物繁殖的干扰，并保障游客出行安全。

　　园方表示，公园核心区吉普车游览活动预计于公历10月中旬前恢复，具体时间视雨季降雨情况而定。

　　奇特旺国家公园位于尼首都加德满都西南约150公里，占地逾540平方公里，栖息有独角亚洲犀牛、孟加拉虎等珍稀野生动物，1984年被联合国教科文组织列为世界自然遗产。(完) 【编辑:郑云天】
