　　中新网7月4日电据市场监管总局官方微信消息，近日，我国牵头制定的渔业和水产养殖领域碳足迹国际标准《水产品碳足迹大型藻类产品种类规则》(ISO 20423:2025)正式发布。

　　大型藻类作为海洋碳循环的重要参与者，可通过光合作用合成有机物，并释放氧气实现光合固碳，不仅产生“可移出碳汇”，还向海洋释放大量的溶解有机碳、颗粒有机碳，形成“海洋碳汇”。该标准由中国、意大利、挪威、冰岛、荷兰、印度、摩洛哥、韩国、伊朗九国专家共同参与研制，规定了大型藻类产品相关的碳足迹计算要求，适用于大型藻类全价值链碳足迹的评价，能够为大型藻类对气候影响的研究提供可靠和准确信息，为减少大型藻类产品全价值链中各环节能源消耗提供改进方向，也是落实联合国海洋负排放国际大科学计划的有力实践。

　　中国正与各国携手，共同推动制定多项渔业及水产养殖领域“双碳”国际标准，通过深化国际合作、凝聚各方共识，为全球渔业绿色低碳发展提供重要支撑，推动构建人海和谐的全球海洋生态环境。
